The rates shown are indicative standard rates and do not constitute a binding offer. The binding terms are those individually agreed in the relevant brokerage or engagement agreement. All amounts are net, plus statutory VAT.
The commission is success-based and falls due only upon the effective conclusion of the brokered main contract. Advisory, exit-planning and project services are charged by time spent or as agreed and are payable irrespective of whether a contract is concluded.
